After graduating from high school in 1998, Mike enlisted in the Army where he joined and served with the 45th, and the 242nd Combat Engineer Batallions, where he finished his four years of duty. Then Mike attended both MCC and UCONN where he earned a Paralegal degree with a Business Minor. Mike entered the workforce as a Bookkeeper for a large distributor, and went on to become an accountant at a major corporation.

In 2006, Mike found his way to Wayne Atkins, “The HVAC Business Doctor”, who offered him a job apprenticing to learn the industry. Since this time, we have been studying, doing research, and continuing our education to ensure that we always offer the most relevant, up to date information possible.

Mike and Wayne approach business as a team to provide the best business training and support that the industry has to offer!
